!Options is an Excel shareware add-in that adds functions for Black-Scholes call & put prices, their greeks, and their implied standard deviation all with adjustments for continuous dividend. The functions and their usage are listed below. These functions are available through "Function Wizard" (under All or Financial) with context sensitive on-line help.

You will need Microsoft® Excel 5.0 (or higher) for Windows (!Options has not been tested on Macs) and a little finance knowledge.

!Options 2.2 version adds 15 functions and context sensitive help to Excel. All of these functions are in full, uncrippled form and include adjusments for continous dividends. They are...

BS_CALL - Calculates the theoretical price of a European call option (view example usage)
BS_PUT - Calculates the theoretical price of a European put option
BS_CDELTA - Calculates the delta (hedge ratio) of European call option
BS_CSTD - Calculates the implied standard deviation of a European call option
BS_PDELTA Calculates the delta (hedge ratio) of a European put
BS_PSTD Calculates the implied standard deviation of a European put
BS_CGAMMA Calculates the gamma of a European call
BS_PGAMMA Calculates the gamma of a European put
BS_CTHETA Calculates the theta of a European call

The README22.XLS file also doubles as an installation routine. Although manual installation can be done by the following.

!OPTIONS.XLA - Excel add-in file. This goes in your \Excel\Library directory
!OPTIONS.HLP - The Excel help file. This goes in your ..\Excel directory
1) Open Microsoft® Excel 5.0 for Windows or higher
2) From the menu select Tools
3) from the Tools pull-down select Add-ins
4) select !Options by Ray Steele (you may need to browse)
5) press OK.
6) you may now use the functions like any others.

5. What if I like !Options? (Back to Table of Contents)

If you use the program for more than 30 days, see #6 REGISTERING. You will receive additional functions and context sensitive help.

Fill out the registration form (also available in the README22.XLS file) and return it with your payment.

Pricing:
$25 US = single registration (you should already have all you need for this price)
$30 US = single registration with snail mail delivery within the US (some people want a disk)
$35 US = single registration with snail mail delivery outside the US (some people want a disk)

Multi-user/academic discount available upon request.
